Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All VANSTELLA orders are dispatched from our base in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. We currently ship to EU member states only.

In-stock items only

We only sell pieces that are physically in stock. Sizes or items that are currently unavailable are marked as sold out on the product page and cannot be ordered.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Every piece is quality-checked in the Netherlands before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery times & destinations

Delivery times below are estimated from the moment your order is dispatched (i.e. after the processing time above):

  • Netherlands: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Belgium, Germany & neighbouring EU: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of EU: approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of VANSTELLA.

Shipping costs

  • Netherlands: free standard shipping on orders of €99 or more. Below €99, shipping is €4.95.
  • All other EU countries: free standard shipping on orders of €149 or more. Below €149, shipping is €12.95.

The free-shipping threshold applies to the order value after any discounts. The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracked service. Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at team@vanstella.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping costs may apply.
