1. General

These terms apply to all orders placed through the VANSTELLA online store, operated by VANSTELLA Trading (KvK 42063350, Paradijslaan 107B01, 3034 SJ Rotterdam, The Netherlands). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Full business details are listed in our Legal Notice.

2. Products

All items are moissanite jewellery set in 925 sterling silver, finished with rhodium plating or 18K gold plating, as specified on each product page. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone. Product images are for illustration; as items are hand-set, minor natural variations may occur. Carat figures expressed as "equivalent" or "DEW" refer to diamond-equivalent visual size, not the literal weight of the moissanite.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR). VAT status is indicated at checkout: where the small business scheme (Kleineondernemersregeling, KOR) applies, no VAT is charged; otherwise, prices include 21% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders & contract formation

A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g. in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability); in such cases any payment made will be fully refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via our payment provider at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which they can exercise without giving any reason. We also offer an extended 30-day return window. The conditions for both, including how our tamper-evident seal works and the model withdrawal form, are set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty & conformity

Products must conform to the contract. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Dutch and EU consumer law. This does not cover normal wear, damage caused by misuse, or deterioration of plating due to improper care.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law, including statutory consumer rights.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
